Dr. Rosnick graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1982. His love of horses and the country took him first to the farm community of New Hamburg, where he worked for three years practicing veterinary medicine on dairy cattle, horses, pigs, dogs and cats. In 1985, Dr. Rosnick moved back to his hometown of Toronto and purchased the Parkdale Animal Hospital. He authored a pet-advice column for four years in The Toronto Star called “Your Pet Matters,” and has appeared on a number of television programs as a guest speaker. When not at the hospital, Dr. Rosnick enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, children, Kyle and Johanne, and their cat, Doughnut.
