New Procedures due to COVID-19

As of Tuesday May 19th, urgent care restrictions have been lifted and we will now be offering all our normal services. We continue to practise physical distancing measures. Appointments are drop-off only and payment is done online to ensure the safety of our community. Our hours remain the same, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (our staff will not be available between 12 & 2pm for their lunch break), and Saturday 8:30am-2pm.

Our staff will not be available between 12:00 & 2:00pm for their lunch, however, our hours of operation remain the same.

At this time we are open for business, but given the current circumstances, we have established a new set of protocols to minimize traffic in the clinic and direct contact between staff members and clients.

We are instituting drop-off appointments only for all pets. This means that at the time of booking your appointment, we will arrange a drop-off time and a time window during which you must be available by phone. Your pet will be admitted at the door by one of our staff members, but we will not have clients coming into the lobby area. Pick-up at end of appointment or end of day will also be at the door.

If you or someone in your family is feeling unwell, we ask that you not bring your pet to the clinic yourself, and instead either have someone else bring the pet in for you or reschedule your pets’ appointment to 2 weeks after you and your family are recovered.

All food sales are to be done by pre-order over phone. Please call the clinic, the food will be set aside and paid over the phone by card, and pick-up will be done at the clinic door.
